Perishability:

These items have been vacuum sealed in our famous Gold foil Pouch, and then gently cooked in their own juices. This preserves the salmon naturally, so NO REFRIGERATION IS REQUIRED until the pouch is opened. These products can ship Fed Ex 2 day, Fed Ex overnight or Priority Mail.
