These jumbo scallops are harvested right here off of Kodiak Island and average about 15 scallops per lb. They are much larger than bay scallops and are full of flavor. Our wild Alaskan scallops have snow white meat and are frozen at the peak of freshness. We ship these select wild Alaskan scallops in perfectly clean 5 lb. flash frozen packages. Each scallop is individually quick frozen and ice glazed to keep these delicious morsels as fresh as the day they were harvested.
