There are five species of salmon in Alaska. All are abundant, sustainably harvested and superior to all other seafood for their health benefits and purity. The taste is world renowned. Coho characteristics: The flesh has a naturally rosy orange color making for excellent eye appeal. It has a wonderful texture with a medium to large flake. Coho has a medium-high oil content providing a more delicate taste than the rich and popular Chinook and Sockeye species.
