There are five species of salmon in Alaska. All are abundant, sustainably harvested and superior to all other seafood for their health benefits and purity. The taste is world renowned. All five species of Wild Alaska Salmon offer a truly exceptional culinary experience. Each species, like a fine wine, offers its own unique color, texture and taste. Coho, also known as Silver salmon, is the second largest species averaging 12 pounds.

Coho characteristics: The flesh has a naturally rosy orange color making for excellent eye appeal. It has a wonderful texture with a medium to large flake. Coho has a medium-high oil content providing a more delicate taste than the rich and popular Chinook and Sockeye species.

These items have been vacuum sealed in our famous Gold foil Pouch, and then gently cooked in their own juices. This preserves the salmon naturally, so NO REFRIGERATION IS REQUIRED until the pouch is opened.
